Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik serta mitra kerja menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menggai mutu lembaga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan dan mendeskripsikan data mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa atas pelayanan akademik dan nonakademik yang berlansung di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. DR. HAMKA (UHAMKA) tahun 2022/2023. Metode yang digunakan dengan adalah metode survey yang dilakukan melalui google form. Komponen yang disurvei mencakup tanggapan kepuasan para mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan dosen, tenaga kependidikan, pimpinan fakultas, dan sarana prasarana. Komponen yang disurvei dari mitra kerja sama meliputi relevansi, koordinasi, dampak, kendala.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, rata-rata tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sebesar 86,1 (sangat puas). Rata-rata kepuasan mitra kerja sama sekolah pascasarjana adalah sebesar 92,5 (sangat puas). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu landasan dalam melalukan evaluasi serta menetapkan kebijakan lebih lanjut bagi pimpinan universitas.
